PLEASE NOTE. In past correspondence the parade had advised that all passengers aged 71 years or over on the date of departure would be required to pay a supplement of US$50.00 if they wish to be included in the policy. This is no longer the case, they will automatically be included and will NOT be required to pay a supplement.

In the event that any passengers need to make a claim, please contact aread@bdbltd.co.uk for a copy of the claims form. All claims will be dealt with by BDB Ltd in London.

Please note that there is a deductible charge for some claims. This is US$400 in respect of any claim under sections 1 & 2 of the policy and US$150 in respect of section 4.

The policy is live as of the 01 September 2024 and we are required by the insurers to ensure that every person travelling with your party has a copy of this document, so they are fully aware of the terms and conditions.
